Designer: Henry HollandInspiration: In a room composed of newspaper clippings and pictures of colourful pop comic books like Roy Lichtenstein’s, the English designer named his collection “Global Citizen” with a view of globalisation. A collection dedicated to young people mixing utilitarian clothes with a rock spirit.Collection: Orange is seen through a Prince of Wales checked coat and a jacket and skirt with a bow on the front in the same material worn with jacquard silk or velvet. Khaki quilted bomber jackets in different lengths add a sporty appearance; another coat appears with multiple pockets on the front.A nod to Asia with overcoats fastened with bows on the side, pyjamas and obi belts. Textile techniques from Cambodia are seen on prints.Note: Pixie Geldof, good friend of the designer modelled in the show + all the accessories like the berets, bags with studs and walking boots made in collaboration with Grenson.Music from the show (for use only in context of the show, under cover of the right to information).
