Moschino shows in Rome to present their Men’s collection and their Women’s Pre-Collection.

Creative Director: Jeremy ScottLocation: The Cinecitta Studios in Rome. The staging was composed of Roman ruins, referencing the famous Baths of Caracalla which were transformed into a disco similar to in Fellini’s film, Dolce Vita.Inspiration: Jeremy Scott took inspiration from cinema and especially Federico Fellini’s films, whilst incorporating a touch of humour and opulence.Collection: Autumn/Winter 2019/20 Pre-Collection for Women and Ready-to-Wear Autumn/Winter 2018/19 for Men.Tweed coats and suits are embroidered with Latin letters and roman figures, with the addition of colourful satin ribbon draping from shoulders to waists.Couture-like dresses, with frills, big sleeves and trains or pearl fringes add sensuality. Men’s suits are adorned with pearls.Jeremy Scott adds an urban touch through revisited tracksuits worn with a golden breast plate over the top, and a military-like style is seen through parkas.Note: Nadja Auermann closing the show + XXL wigs, white-painted faces, jewellery which becomes ornaments: nothing is left to chance, everything is exaggerated.Music from the show (for use only in context of the show, under cover of the right to information).
