Proenza Schouler Fall Winter Collection 2013/14 in New York

A graphic and minimalist silhouette dominates the first looks of the wardrobe proposed by the designer duo of the Proenza Schouler label. The show opens with coats and jackets with rounded shoulders and generous volumes. A certain softness emanates throughout this show, perhaps accentuated by a palette dominated by white, ecru, ivory offset by black and steel gray. Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez also focus their work on materials, some of which have a snowy appearance. While dresses with lace patterns stick to the skin, others embroidered in vertical chains seem to float on the body.
